The stereotype I decided to write about is the negative English stereotype. There are a few key stereotypes people think English people fall into. The image I have selected shows many different English stereotypes including : bad teeth, drunks, bad whether and patriotic. The first negative English stereotype which is shown in this picture is that English people have bad teeth. Despite whether or not this stereotype is true this picture shows a man with very few teeth. This stereotype is constantly referenced in tv and one good example I found was a clip from the Simpsons where a kid is being scared by a 'book of English smiles'. This is clearly a negative stereotype as its insulting to English people. Another English stereotype which is shown clearly in this image is the stereotype that all English people are drunks. This stereotype is particularly insulting and is definitely a negative stereotype. The other insulting stereotype in this image is the bad whether stereotype

FIFA 18 is a sports game which heavily focuses around the game of football. Its part of one of the largest and longest running video game series' ever. There are a couple of core modes on FIFA that are by far the most popular modes on the game. In FIFA there is a selection of avatars you play as in the game. There is an option to play as your favourite team e.g. , West Ham and Crystal Palace, or as an individual player e.g. Alex Hunter or as a player designed character. Each of these avatars can only be used in specific modes e.g. Alex hunter can only be used in the Journey. The world you play in in FIFA is a realistic closed world which is supposed to mimic a real life football match, but it has menus and is only set in this world when in a game. Although the world is supposed to be realistic game settings can be altered to make it a bit crazy. The main goal in FIFA is to build an ultimate team with the best players. In other modes the target is to get your team promoted

FPS (First Person Shooter) An FPS is a style of video game which is from the POV of the character you play on screen. Usually these focus on a gun and some notable games include Doom, CoD and Fallout. Sports Games This is a game mainly revolving around sports. Most of these games just tend to have one game mode of sport but FIFA revolutionised this by introducing ultimate team. Ultimate team made it so that the player could create an ultimate team using their favourite players.  

Firstly the mast head reads the name of the newspaper being ' The Daily Mirror', which connotes the idea of shining a light on society and looking at the reflection of ourselves much like a mirror.   The Daily Mirror's mast head's font is sans serif which is a gentle font which is condescending with the idea of a disaster. Although the font seems calm the idea of it being huge and bold creates the idea of importance of the event. Having a picture of the fans in the background of the newspaper shows a connect with the fans and tries to appeal to the victims of the disaster. The tag line 'JUSTICE FOR THE 96', also shows the papers' support of the victims of the incident. Other newspapers such as the sun sealed with the idea of it was the fans fault. This addition of the Mirror tries to appeal to the fans. The front page also has a small section from an article written in the paper. The small section on the front promotes justice and also the phrase 'o
